Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a dedicated clinician to supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, and ensure ongoing progress under a supervising BCBA. The role emphasizes mentorship of technicians, coordination of visits, and rigorous documentation of outcomes.

You will balance direct therapy with supervisory duties, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a supportive, growth‑minded team culture within our ABA practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours towards certification.
• At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Onboarding requires fingerprinting, TB test, pre‑employment physical, and immunities to MMR/VZV.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure progress under a BCBA.
• Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and offer coaching to enhance service quality.
• Ensure clients receive full clinical prescriptions, maintain records of billable hours, and deliver progress reports and treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and adapt to a dynamic caseload.
• Support staff productivity and assist in performance evaluations and urgent-parent needs.
