Job summary

Family Care Network, Inc. is seeking a Program Supervisor II (Clinical) for our High Fidelity Wraparound program in San Luis Obispo.

You will oversee a team of registered associates, guide their clinical practice, ensure ethical compliance, and support professional development in a hybrid work setting. The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology, California licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) for at least 2 years, and strong knowledge of Behavioral Health services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Licensure as LMFT, LCSW or LPCC with California Board of Behavioral Sciences, active for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supervisees adhere to BBS standards.
• Develop clinical competencies and supervise documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date supervision logs and weekly summaries.
• Attend scheduled supervision sessions and provide clinical support.
• Prepare cases for discussion and implement supervisor feedback.
• Provide crisis management guidance to staff as needed.
