Job summary

Sacramento Children's Home is seeking a FSPW Supervisor to supervise Family Facilitators, Specialists, Partners and Youth Peer Mentors in the Wraparound program. You will ensure adherence to High-Fidelity Wraparound, trauma-informed care, and county guidelines while guiding staff performance and client outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and collaboration with Clinical Program Manager and Department leaders to maintain service excellence and compliant program operations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's Degree and 2 years of direct care experience in a mental health setting, or a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of direct care experience, or an Associate Arts Degree and six years of direct care experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Family Facilitators, Family Specialists, Family Partners and Youth Peer Mentors and provide regular supervision and coaching as needed.
• Ensure timely submission of staff paperwork and maintain documentation in the electronic health record.
• Monitor fidelity to High-Fidelity Wraparound and trauma-informed practices; participate in PQI and collaborate with CPM and QI.
