Job summary

New Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide clinical leadership within our High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) program in California. You will supervise teams, ensure care is trauma-informed and family-centered, and support complex decision-making within integrated behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed clinician in good standing in California.
• Eligible licenses include: PMHNP, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT.
• Experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or integrated care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight across HFW teams and staff
• Conduct comprehensive psycho-social assessments and evaluations
• Review, sign, and approve High Fidelity Wraparound Plans of Care
• Provide short-term crisis intervention, clinical consultation, and linkage to appropriate levels of care
• Oversee clinical treatment planning for co-occurring disorders, including ASAM screening and MAT coordination
• Ensure clinical goals are integrated into the Wraparound Plan of Care
• Support staff in delivering trauma-informed, family-centered, and culturally responsive services
• Collaborate with facilitators, family specialists, and community providers to ensure continuity and quality of care
