Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC required; clinical supervision per BBS preferred.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• At least 3 years’ experience with seriously disturbed youth and families; diverse backgrounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; driving essential.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise program staff and provide regular supervision and coaching.
• Ensure fidelity to High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) and MST practices.
• Complete personnel paperwork and performance evaluations per policy.
• Monitor staff documentation quality and maintain EHR entries.
• Participate in PQI meetings and fidelity monitoring initiatives.
• Engage with community resources and partners to support families.
