Job summary

Sccs4kids in California seeks a Clinical Supervisor to ensure clinical integrity of Wraparound services for youth and families. This licensed practitioner will mentor Associate Clinicians pursuing licensure and provide clinical consultation across the team, ensuring trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally respectful care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
• Meets BBS criteria for supervising Associate Clinicians, including: minimum of two years of licensure within the past five years
• Active psychotherapy practice in the last two years
• Completion of 15 hours of supervision training prior to commencement of supervision
• Compliance with the Supervisor Responsibility Statement
• Must qualify as a LPHA and Medi-Cal SMHS provider per WIC 4096.6
• CPR/First Aid/ProACT certification within first 30 days of employment
• Valid CA driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to enhance knowledge and skills around diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, legal/ethical considerations, and wraparound principles.
• Ensure practices align with Board of Behavioral Sciences and Board of Psychology guidelines and regulatory statutes.
• Uphold contract and organizational policies; ensure staff documentation, assessments, and paperwork meet compliance, productivity, and timeliness standards.
• Review staff performance evaluations and facilitate disciplinary actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with State/County agencies and community partners; participate in required meetings.
• Oversee clinicians and Program Supervisors for HFW program fidelity and supervision standards.
