The Family Care Network, Inc. (FCNI) invites applications for a Program Supervisor II (Clinical) in our High Fidelity Wraparound program in San Luis Obispo.

The Clinical Supervisor provides oversight to a team of associates, guiding clinical practice and ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance. We seek a leader with a Master’s in Social Work or related field, California licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC), and strong communications, organizational, and crisis-management skills to support high-quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Licensed with California Board of Behavioral Sciences as LMFT/LCSW/LPCC.
• Direct leadership experience in behavioral health.

Responsabilités

• Ensure supervisees meet BBS standards.
• Develop clinical competencies and supervision.
• Complete BBS supervision documentation.
• Maintain supervision logs and weekly sign-offs.
• Address performance and ethical concerns.
• Provide crisis management support and safety planning.
• Prepare weekly supervision topic summaries.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
