Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with an associate degree or medical certification.
• Clinical, medical device technical or sales experience is required.
• Experience in urology or related highly technical procedural specialty preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to physicians and clinical staff.
• Strong customer service, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through clinical support and responsive service.
• Support account development to drive utilization and confidence in the system.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, and customer education initiatives.
• Lead and support account-level sales activities to ensure product availability.
