Job summary

Monarch Urology is seeking a Clinical Representative to provide field-based clinical support for the NYC/NJ territory, driving procedural excellence, customer education, and utilization growth. You will work with physicians, nurses, and staff in hospital and ambulatory settings to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years relevant experience; or associate degree plus 5+ years.
• Clinical, medical device technical and/or sales experience.
• Ability to work across hospital and ambulatory surgery center departments, including live patient cases and required PPE.
• Hospital credentialing and compliance with customer access requirements.
• Travel up to 90% (including overnight) within assigned territory; valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment per quality/healthcare industry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through clinical support, training, and education.
• Support account development to increase clinical confidence and utilization.
• Assist with product/clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and education initiatives.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve customer proficiency and adoption.
• Partner with Area Sales Leader on business objectives and account plans.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for questions and escalations.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and kidney stone treatment workflows.
• Deliver professionalism, service, and compliance in interactions.
• Lead/support account-level sales to ensure products are purchased and in-stock.
