Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology to support cases, train staff, and educate customers across the Great Lakes Territory. The role requires strong clinical and sales skills, with travel up to 90% and a focus on improving procedural efficiency and adoption of Monarch Urology products.

The position emphasizes collaboration with sales leadership, ongoing education, and delivering high-quality customer service in hospital and ambulatory surgery center

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Clinical, medical device sales, procedural support, OR or healthcare-related experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support to physicians, nurses and staff using Monarch Urology.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through training, education, and responsive service.
• Support account development activities to drive system and disposable utilization and clinical adoption.
• Lead product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, and customer education initiatives.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Leader to support business objectives and referral development.
