Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology based in the Santa Clara, CA area. You will provide procedural support, education, and clinical demonstrations to surgeons and staff, helping expand the use of robotic-assisted technologies.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in clinical medical device sales or related clinical support, with willingness to travel up to 90% and work in hospital/ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with clinical/medical device sales experience.
• Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or similar highly technical field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to physicians and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clinical support and education.
• Support account development activities to drive utilization and adoption of Monarch Urology.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, and customer education initiatives.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve customer proficiency and procedural efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales Leader and Regional Director to support objectives and referral activities.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for questions and issue escalation.
• Develop expert-level product knowledge and understanding of kidney stone treatment workflows.
• Deliver professional, compliant service in all customer interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities to ensure products are purchased and in stock.
