Job summary

Monarch Urology in Birmingham, AL seeks a Clinical Representative to support physicians and staff with procedural education and case coverage. You will build clinical relationships, provide demonstrations, and drive system and disposable utilization while traveling up to 90%.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of clinical or medical device experience, strong communication, and collaboration skills to ensure procedural excellence and compliant care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years relevant experience.
• Clinical, medical device or sales experience in healthcare.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% and work in hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to physicians, nurses and staff in operating rooms and ambulatory settings.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through education and responsive service.
• Support account development to increase device utilization and adoption.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning and training events.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve proficiency and adoption.
• Collaborate with leaders on objectives, plans and referrals.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for questions and escalation.
• Develop expert knowledge of kidney stone treatment workflows and best practices.
• Deliver professional service and ensure compliance in interactions.
• Lead or support sales activities to ensure products are in stock for procedures.
