This field-based position requires travel up to 90% within the territory, with a strong clinical/technical background and ability to collaborate with sales and clinical teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• Clinical, medical device, or sales experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or technical procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support to physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Assist with product demonstrations, training events, and customer education.
• Build strong customer relationships through clinical support and responsive service.
• Support account development and ensure product availability and appropriate usage.
