Job summary

SRS Medical Systems, Inc is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to become a product and BPH care pathway expert. The role includes running UroCuff and EP1 tests in targeted urology practices and providing hands-on training to physicians, nurses, and staff.

Travel within a defined geography is expected as part of client education campaigns, test implementation days, and ongoing support to ensure accurate data capture and optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; advanced education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of field-based sales experience.
• Ability to train physicians, nurses and patients.
• Clinical knowledge of urology devices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the BPH protocol in urology practices.
• Establish relationships with clients' BPH staff and physicians.
• Lead patient education campaigns in client offices.
• Perform UroCuff and EP1 tests in clinical settings.
• Document test results and relay findings to supervising staff.
• Coordinate scheduling, admin tasks, and reporting as required.
• Travel within defined geography to client offices.
