Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 1+ year related experience or training
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with appointment scheduling and patient flow
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts
• Familiarity with EMR systems and online registrations
