Tekton Research Inc. is seeking an On-Site Patient Recruitment Specialist III to join our San Antonio, Texas team in a full-time, non-exempt role.

You will work with the site and Recruitment Manager to manage recruitment efforts, screen patients, and schedule visits, while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient engagement. The position requires 3+ years in a clinical research or medical office setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dispersed team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a clinical research or medical office setting including call center or customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site and Recruitment Team to understand recruiting needs and timelines.
• Coordinate initiation of site-specific advertising and screening workflows.
• Maintain and update patient lists and screening visits in Clinical Conductor.
• Respond to patient inquiries within 24–48 hours and facilitate referrals.
• Engage with community and physicians to drive enrollment and awareness.
