Qualifications

• Knowledge of protocols including inclusions/exclusions, effects and side effects of medications and FDA regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with regular status reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager and team.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Organizational and time-management abilities with multitasking and independent work.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and coordinate with providers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of protocols and FDA regulations.
• Support design of strategies to drive study enrollment.
• Drive recruitment and retention through effective pre-screening via telephone.
• Create and maintain study and indication specific call lists.
• Maintain Clinical Conductor database with patient information and screened visits.
• Return all calls to interested patients within 24–48 hours.
• Engage in community and physician outreach to raise Tekton awareness.
• Track outreach activities and responses in Clinical Conductor.
