Tekton Research in Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist III to join our clinical operations team. You will drive recruitment and retention through telephone pre-screening, outreach to providers, and maintaining accurate study data in Clinical Conductor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a clinical research or medical office environment.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate knowledge of protocols, FDA regulations, and GCP.
• Support study enrollment strategies and community outreach.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to determine eligibility.
• Maintain patient lists and screening visits in Clinical Conductor.
• Return patient calls within 24–48 hours and coordinate with providers.
