Job summary

Tekton Research is seeking a Clinical Research Site Manager in San Antonio, TX to oversee day-to-day site operations, drive performance, and ensure regulatory compliance across studies. You will lead staff, manage Investigator relationships, coordinate study conduct, and monitor quality to meet sponsor expectations while upholding GCP and FDA guidelines.

Requires 5+ years in clinical research with strong leadership, excellent communication, and ability to travel as needed; remote work not

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the Clinical Research Industry.
• Supervisory/management experience or demonstrated definitive leadership skills.
• Experience with regulatory processes, clinical procedures, sponsor interaction, and human resources preferred.
• College or Specialized Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational Planning and site oversight to optimize performance.
• Manage staffing, investigator relationships, and recruitment to ensure study conduct.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, GCP, and Tekton SOPs.
• Monitor site quality and performance, and provide feedback to staff.
