Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• 3-4 years of experience in Clinical Research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRIO or CTMS.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines.
• GCP training completed and recertified every 2 years.
• Trained and certified in Fibroscan and memory screens as required.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned clinical trials.
• Recruit and screen study participants and document daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with study protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain participant privacy and data confidentiality.
• Coordinate with sponsors, vendors, and study sites.
• Track enrollment status and study-specific reports.
• Mentor less experienced staff and support training.
