Job summary

Tekton Research Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Site Manager in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on day-to-day site operations, staff leadership, and ensuring regulatory compliance to drive high-quality clinical trials.

The Site Manager reports to the Area Director of Clinical Operations and will work onsite to optimize site performance, sponsor partnerships, and participant engagement while maintaining Tekton’s standards of ethics and excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the Clinical Research Industry.
• Supervisory/management experience or demonstrated leadership skills.
• Experience with regulatory processes, clinical procedures, sponsor interaction, and human resources preferred.
• College or Specialized Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and performance.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and SOPs.
• Lead staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate with Principal Investigator and Tekton Leaders on study conduct and staffing.
• Manage site quality, recruitment, and retention efforts.
