Job summary

AG Mednet in Boston is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary contact for partners and clients implementing our clinical trials software. You will own end-to-end trial delivery, coordinating clients, commercial teams, and operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

BA/BS with three to five years of client-facing project management in software implementation.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and organizational abilities.
Proven ability to train others and manage cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for clients for trial and solution deployment.
Build and maintain relationships with client trial managers and investigator sites.
Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries.
Oversee trial lifecycle from work order sign-off to completion.
Set priorities for project teams and manage technical contributors.
Develop and maintain deployment processes and SOP documentation.
Support internal audits to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
