Job summary

Alcedis - a HUMA company is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead clinical research projects and IT-related initiatives. The role blends traditional project management with coordination of digital tools used in patient-facing studies, primarily with U.S. clients and participants.

The position offers long-term remote work from the Eastern or Central United States, with preferred locations including Boston, Chicago, and New York. Travel is possible but limited and may occur across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years as Clinical Project Manager in clinical research, CRO experience required.
• Experience with IRB/ethics submissions, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data privacy basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical trial planning and execution across the full study lifecycle.
• Own project financial management, budgets, and reporting to the head of the function.
• Lead regulatory submission activities (FDA, IRBs, INDs, CTAs, amendments).
• Coordinate cross-functional and international project teams across US and Germany.
• Oversee clinical trial technology (ePRO, eCOA, eCRF) and related IT services.
• Develop and implement SOPs and standardized documentation.
• Coordinate clinical trial sites, including training, shipment, and payments.
