Job summary

AG Mednet, Inc. in Boston, MA seeks a Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison for clients implementing AG Mednet software used in clinical trials, coordinating delivery end-to-end.

Reporting to the Trial Delivery team, you will manage client relationships, oversee trial lifecycles, and collaborate with commercial and operations teams to ensure quality and efficiency. Remote and on-site work policy applies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 3–5 years of client-facing PM experience in software implementation.
• Proven ability to train users and clearly instruct others.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and organization skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to work in unstructured environments.
• Demonstrated capability to leverage AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of trial and solution deployment for AG Mednet product offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with client trial managers and investigator sites to support ongoing and future projects.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to users’ inquiries.
• Oversee the lifecycle of a trial from work order sign-off to completion, coordinating across teams.
• Set priorities for project teams and manage technical contributors to adapt to changing priorities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain deployment processes and related SOP documentation.
• Assist in planning, conducting, and reporting internal audits to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Role

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact and subject‑matter expert for AG Mednet’s partners and clients implementing the software used to run clinical trials that bring drugs and medical devices through the FDA approval process. Representing AG Mednet, the role owns successful trial and solution delivery end to end, coordinating clients, commercial teams, and operations while advancing efficiency and quality. Reporting to Project Management within the Trial Delivery team, the Project Manager follows AG Mednet’s in-office policy regarding remote and on‑site work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of trial and solution deployment for AG Mednet product offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client trial managers and investigator sites to support ongoing and future projects
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to users’ inquiries
• Oversee the lifecycle of a trial, from work order sign‑off to trial completion, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, commercial teams, and operations
• Set priorities for project teams overseeing client trials, managing technical contributors to adapt to shifting priorities
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes and associated documentation related to the deployment of configurable end‑user products
• Ensure all records related to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are created, followed, and maintained promptly
• Assist in planning, conducting, and reporting internal audits to assess compliance with quality and regulatory standards, identifying areas for improvement
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required

• BA/BS with three to five years of client‑facing Project Management experience in software implementation
• Expert at developing and maintaining positive client relationships
• Proven track record of successful training outcomes, with the ability to clearly instruct and direct others
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and organization skills
• Collaborative, team‑oriented, and highly organized, with strong listening skills and the ability to maintain effective cross‑functional relationships
• Proactive and self‑driven, able to work well in an unstructured environment while meeting all deadlines
• Solid computer skills, including Project Management software and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated capability and interest in transforming how you work by leveraging AI

Preferred

• Experience in an Agile software development environment
• Background in clinical trials or life sciences
