Qualifications

• BA/BS with three to five years of client-facing project management experience in software implementation.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Demonstrated track record of successful training outcomes and ability to instruct others clearly.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Collaborative, cross-functional, and highly organized with strong listening skills.
• Proactive and self-driven, able to work in unstructured environments while meeting deadlines.
• Solid computer skills including PM software and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Interest in leveraging AI to transform workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of trial and solution deployment for AG Mednet product offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client trial managers and investigator sites
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to users' inquiries
• Oversee the lifecycle of a trial from work order sign-off to completion, coordinating with clients, commercial teams, and operations
• Set priorities for project teams and manage technical contributors to adapt to changing needs
• Develop and maintain processes and documentation for deploying configurable end-user products
• Ensure SOPs are created, followed, and maintained promptly
• Assist in planning and reporting internal audits to assess quality and regulatory standards
