Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead site and monitoring activities in a Full-Service environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure protocol compliance, and drive on-time study delivery.

The role emphasizes patient safety, data integrity, and risk management; you will work with CRAs, data management and start-up teams while traveling up to 20% to sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field.
• Ability to lead and align teams to milestones.
• Experience in site management and monitoring (clinical or central).
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Experience with risk-based monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management, clinical and central monitoring with focus on patient safety.
• Review study scope, budget and protocol content; manage risks.
• Coordinate training and ensure CTMS/EDC systems are used.
• Escalate risks and communicate with investigators and sponsors.
• Support data management and study startup activities.
