Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager for Full Service delivery. You will lead site management, monitoring, and data integrity with a strong focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with functional leaders to coordinate study milestones, manage budgets and RA/RACT related risk mitigations, and ensure CTMS/EDC/ePRO systems are configured and used effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN required or equivalent in education and experience.
• Proven ability to lead clinical trial management teams and deliver milestones.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management, monitoring and data integrity with patient safety focus.
• Manages risks, budgets, timelines, and contractual obligations of trials.
• Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates with sponsors and sites.
• Maintains CTMS, EDC and data dashboards and ensures timely reporting.
• Provides training to study teams on protocol specifics and SOPs.
• Communicates project status and risks to management and clients.
