Job summary

Antioch University Los Angeles seeks a part‑time Program Coordinator for the Clinical Training Office (CTO) to serve as the primary liaison among MAP students, faculty, CTO Director, and other offices. You will administer CTO operations, support practicum placements, and contribute to data management and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience (Master's preferred) and strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent education, experience and training; Masters degree preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites, and ability to learn and utilize new software
• Experience with documents management systems such as Tevera helpful
• Knowledge of Bureau Behavioral Sciences standards desirable
• Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and/or equivalent desirable

Responsibilities

• CTO Administration: support policy, guidance, scheduling, and communications with students and sites
• Coordinate CTO‑focused events and maintain relationships with clinical sites and faculty
• Program Data Management: maintain student records and data integrity in Tevera
• Prepare information packets and assist students in using platform tools
• Create and maintain reports and statistics for assessment and institutional needs
• Collaborate with CTO staff and other departments to ensure high‑quality training outcomes
