Job summary

California State University, Long Beach is seeking a Clinical Practice Operations Analyst to support the Office of Clinical Practice. The role leads the clinical tasks for Initial Teacher Preparation Programs and manages key organizational structures to ensure smooth office operations.

The successful candidate will coordinate clinical placements, manage affiliation agreements and MOUs, and participate in special projects while aligning with university policies and practices.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in education, one of the social or behavioral science, or a job-related field.
• Two years of related experience required.
• Experience with school districts and/or community organizations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Programs Placement Coordination and Oversight - liaison for OCP, coordinate partnerships and placements.
• Affiliation Agreements & MOUs - manage initiation, coordination and maintenance through DocuSign and workflows.
• Support office operations and participate in professional learning to strengthen processes.
