Job summary

Access Clinical Partners, LLC is seeking a Training Coach II to lead and coordinate clinical and operational training across our market. This role delivers onboarding, classroom instruction, and hands-on training to ensure learners transition to independent active support for Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients.

As an MA in some assignments, the candidate will cover MA shifts, model best practices in clinical workflows, maintain training records, and collaborate with operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN).
• BLS certification preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care or outpatient settings.
• Experience as Training Coach, Preceptor, or Super User is a plus.
• Experience with onboarding and training programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training; back-up facilitator as needed.
• Monitor learner attendance, progress, and certifications; report status to leadership.
• Assess learner performance, validate competencies, and provide feedback.
• Support scheduling, logistics, and documentation for training initiatives.
• Provide clinical support and maintain required competencies and compliance.
