Job summary

Access Clinical Partners, LLC is seeking a Training Coach II to deliver, coordinate, and support clinical and operational training across the assigned market. This role includes onboarding, classroom instruction, and in-center training to ensure MA learners and Providers transition to independent active support in the market.

As an MA, you will provide support to Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients while modeling professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Active clinical certification or license (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) is required.
2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, outpatient, or similar settings.

Responsibilities

Facilitate onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training; serve as backup facilitator as needed.
Monitor learner attendance, progress, and completion; maintain training records and certifications.
Collaborate with Training Leadership and Operations to ensure training consistency and workforce readiness.
