Job summary

Access Clinical Partners, LLC is seeking a Training Coach II to deliver and coordinate clinical and operational training across the market. You will facilitate onboarding, classroom and hands-on training, and support providers, MAs, and staff to ensure smooth transitions from training to active practice.

As a field-based, individual contributor, you will also cover MA shifts as needed and model professional standards, continuous improvement, and patient care excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active clinical license/certification (MA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in urgent care/outpatient or similar settings.
• Experience as Training Coach/Preceptor/Super User preferred.
• Experience using an EHR (Epic or eClinicalWorks) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, clinical skills training, and workflow education.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support learner development and readiness.
• Monitor learner attendance, progress, and certification status.
• Maintain training records, assessments, and reports.
• Support training operations, scheduling, and program logistics.
