Job summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire onboarding and clinical skills training across centers
• Track learner attendance, progress, and certifications using LMS/tools
• Assess learner performance, provide feedback, and validate competencies
• Support training operations, scheduling, and program logistics
• Provide clinical support as needed while maintaining competency standards
