Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Associate Clinical Trainer at Soar Autism Center, Colorado. The role focuses on training and developing new Behavioral Technicians while implementing the Early Start Denver Model of ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• ABA early intervention experience.
• Strong desire to work with clients ages 2-6.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new trainee growth and development at local centers.
• Support initial and ongoing RBT competency evaluations.
• Provide billable supervision to trainees during their first 6 weeks.
