Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Clinical Trainer to enhance the development of new trainees in Denver, Colorado. This role focuses on guiding new RBTs after their initial centralized training. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting competency evaluations, providing billable supervision, and facilitating training sessions. Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and possess at least three years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• 3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Strong desire to work with clients ages 2-6.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new trainee growth and development.
• Support ongoing RBT competency evaluations.
• Build trainees' skill sets in ESDM practices and ABA strategies.
