Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Clinical Trainer to lead and develop new trainees at our Soar Autism Center in Silver Spring, MD. This position focuses on building competencies in ABA therapy, specifically through the Early Start Denver Model. Candidates should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and hold a BCBA certification. You will guide growth in a supportive environment that values collaboration, quality care, and professional advancement, including training and ESDM certification support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification and active Maryland BCBA license.
• 3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new trainee growth and development at local centers.
• Support competency evaluations for new and existing RBTs.
• Provide weekly billable supervision focused on training.
