Qualifications
Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Strong desire to work with clients ages 2-6.
Responsibilities
Responsible for new trainee growth and development at local centers.
Support initial and ongoing RBT competency evaluations.
Build trainees skill sets in ESDM practices and ABA strategies.
