Qualifications

• Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• 3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Strong desire to work with clients ages 2-6.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new trainee growth and development at local centers.
• Support initial and ongoing RBT competency evaluations.
• Build trainees skill sets in ESDM practices and ABA strategies.
