Job summary

Soar Autism Center is expanding in Maryland and seeking a Clinical Trainer to lead and develop RBTs and BCBA trainees within one to two local centers. You will supervise RBTs, support case supervisors, and drive adherence to the ESDM ABA care model.

You will participate in ongoing onboarding and training, with pathways to center or regional leadership, while achieving ESDM certification within two years of starting. This role emphasizes collaboration and high-quality care for kids aged 2–6.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and Maryland BCBA license.
• 3+ years of BCBA experience; ABA early intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead trainee growth and development at 1–2 centers after centralized training.
• Support RBT competency evaluations and supervision; assist case supervisors.
• Organize group trainings and supervise ESDM/ABA implementation.
• Lead quarterly education events and coordinate with center leadership.
