Qualifications
Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification and active Maryland BCBA license.
3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Responsibilities
Support new trainee growth and development at local centers.
Conduct RBT competency evaluations for new and existing RBTs.
Provide supervision for trainees during their first 6 weeks.
