Job summary

Tier1usa seeks a Clinical Trainer (BCBA) for their East Baltimore center. This role includes supervising new trainees and supporting clinical staff development. Candidates should possess a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, current BCBA certification, and at least 3 years of experience. This position offers competitive compensation between $105,500 and $115,500 per year, along with performance bonuses and excellent benefits, including training in the Early Start Denver Model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification and active Maryland BCBA license.
• 3 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Support new trainee growth and development at local centers.
• Conduct RBT competency evaluations for new and existing RBTs.
• Provide supervision for trainees during their first 6 weeks.
