Intuitive in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA), a 24+ month development role partnering with the Birmingham team to gain knowledge across technical, clinical and sales facets.

You will support surgeons training, lead in-services, and contribute to territory growth while preparing for quota-bearing roles. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 1 year of leadership or outside sales, willingness to travel up to 25%, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Proven record of success and strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospitals’ robotic development, and territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to quotas.
• Gains experience in goal setting and mapping for quota-bearing roles.
• Manages administrative tasks and reporting of sales activities.
