Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate to join the Detroit, MI team in a 24+ month development program partnering across technical, clinical, and sales functions. As the CTA, you will support surgeon trainings, lead in-service activities for OR staff, help expand the adoption of robotic systems, and contribute to territory growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of leadership (military) or outside sales experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends.
• Proven record of success.

Responsibilities

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and overall territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers to include OR staff, surgeons, etc.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to team quotas.
• Gains experience in goal setting, mapping, and attaining in preparation for quota bearing role to follow CTA position.
• Manages administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports.
