Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate to join the Tallahassee/Panama City team. This 24+ month developmental role will partner with local colleagues to gain knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales areas, preparing for quota-bearing opportunities.

The role includes assisting with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management, while building expertise in goal setting and teamwork. A strong communication style is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospitals robotic development, and overall territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users to contribute to quotas.
• Manages administrative tasks: reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
