Vinfen in Massachusetts seeks an ACCS Assistant Team Leader (ATL) to supervise licensed clinicians and staff, ensure robust engagement of Persons Served, and guide clinical risk assessment and crisis prevention. The role trains staff in evidence-based practices and supports team integration with Gap Living Environments.

Qualifikationen

• Masters, Ph.D or Psy.D in relevant professional field required.
• Licensed clinical social worker credentials (e.g., LCSW/LICSW) or equivalent are required.
• One year clinical experience in progressively responsible positions with psychiatric disability and/or co-occurring disorders.

Aufgaben

• Oversee clinical programming and service delivery by the team.
• Provide clinical supervision to licensed and other assigned staff.
• Monitor engagement status of Persons Served and support engagement strategies to reduce disengagement and homelessness.
• Lead training on evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, SBIRT, Housing First, and Cognitive Behavioral interventions.
• Perform risk management and crisis prevention planning for PS and supervise staff in implementing plans.
