Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a dedicated residential support lead in the Boston area to supervise shift activities and deliver person-centered services in home settings. • Help access community-based supports and resources.

• Assist with access to assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
• Support stakeholders in securing work/volunteer opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Director and supervise shifts.
• Lead shift management and clinical programming.
