Job summary

Vinfen is a nonprofit health and human services organization providing community-based services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. The LPHA Clinician promotes integration and functioning of Persons Served, performing intake, assessment, treatment planning, and clinical interventions for PS in various community settings.

The role oversees treatment interventions, trains staff in evidence-based practices, and mentors Outreach Workers to deliver effective care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling Psychology or other LPHA licensure eligible program.
• LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LRC, LADC 1, OTR, RN or Licensed Psychologist Massachusetts required.
• Clinical experience working with people with psychiatric disability and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct intake and engagement within 72 hours with Lead Peer Specialist.
• Engage and assess treatment and support needs.
• Develop Medicaid Rehab Option billable treatment plans with PS and staff.
• Lead Treatment Plan meetings and discuss discharge criteria.
• Direct Intervention Teams for PS in various settings.
• Oversee service delivery, progress, and transitions for PS.
• Provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, person-centered care.
