Job summary

Vinfen in Massachusetts is seeking an ACCS Assistant Team Leader (ATL) to support the Team Leader in guiding the Integrated Team. You will provide clinical supervision to licensed staff, oversee engagement, manage risk, and coordinate treatment planning for Persons Served in community settings.

The role requires strong leadership, trauma-informed practice, and experience with Housing First, SBIRT, and crisis prevention.

Qualifications

• Master's/PhD/PsyD in a relevant field.
• One year of clinical experience with psychiatric disability or co-occurring disorders.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Engage Persons Served and support enrollment and engagement activities.
