Job summary

Vinfen seeks an ACCS LPHA Clinician to promote integration and recovery for Persons Served (PS) in community settings, including GLE/SIE. You will conduct intake, assessments, treatment planning and lead an outreach team to deliver evidence-based interventions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with peers, direct supervision of staff, and ongoing training in best practices. A valid MA license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling Psychology or LPHA licensure eligible program.
• LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LRC, LADC 1, OTR, or RN or Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts required.
• Clinical experience working with people with psychiatric disability and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle for transporting PS.
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Initiate intake and engagement process with Lead Peer Specialist within 72 hours.
• Engage and assess treatment and support needs of PS.
• Develop Medicaid Rehab Option billable treatment plan in collaboration with PS and staff.
• Conduct Treatment Plan meetings and discuss discharge criteria.
• Lead intervention team for PS and oversee service delivery.
• Provide field supervision and training to Outreach Workers on Treatment Plan implementations.
