Qualifications

• Certification as CMA-AAMA or RMA-AMT preferred depending on department.
• CPR certification required or within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent customer service and EMR proficiency with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling and registration and manage patient throughput.
• Oversee daily functions of assigned staff and practice area.
• Coach staff for safety and conduct competency assessments.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
