Job summary

Cary Medical Center in Maine is seeking a Training and Support Specialist to educate and assist end-users of clinical systems including Thrive Web Client, PACS, T-System, EPIC, Dragon Medical One, and related tools.

The role focuses on user education, workflow optimization, and issue resolution to ensure effective clinical application usage. On-site, full-time hours with a flexible schedule are provided, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant healthcare clinical area with 2-year degree required, 4-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to end-users of all clinical systems, including Thrive Web Client, PACS, T-System, EPIC, Dragon Medical One, Tiger Connect, and ownCLOUD resources.
• Ensure clinical application effectiveness through user education, workflow optimization and issue resolution.
• Deliver training to medical staff, office clinical staff, and other assigned clinical roles on all relevant clinical applications.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of EMR templates, electronic forms, and clinical documentation tools.
• Collaborate with internal IS support staff and external vendors to resolve hardware and software issues impacting clinical systems.
