Job summary

Bookmark Medical in Massachusetts is seeking a Clinical Operations Trainer to support onboarding and ongoing training for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical team members across the Massachusetts market.

You will provide hands-on training on EMR functionality, clinical workflows, and operational processes, helping providers adopt standardized workflows and deliver consistent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a medical practice or ambulatory care setting.
• Experience training or coaching providers is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems, especially Athena.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual training for physicians, APPs, and other clinical staff.
• Lead role-based onboarding and training for new providers.
• Provide hands-on support to learn clinical workflows and EMR usage.
• Facilitate adoption of standardized workflows to improve patient care and operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and develop plans.
